Chowdeck has received Eat ‘N’ Go Africa, the master franchisee of Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Gourmet Yogurt into its delivery service’s ecosystem as a new restaurant partner.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chowdeck, Femi Aluko, in a stament, said that the firm is Africa’s fastest growing on-demand online food and grocery delivery service that successfully delivers hundreds of thousands of orders monthly, and will work with Eat N’ Go to provide the delicious, creamy ice-cream and frozen yoghurt through Cold Stone Creamery, and Pinkberry Gourmet Yogurt, to dairy-loving Nigerians across the country.

Eat’N’Go Africa remains committed to customer satisfaction and service improvement in the form of quick and reliable logistics. This is evident in the several measures taken to evolve their services such as the commencement of operations on nearly 200 stores across Africa, call centres, improved applications, and websites, amongst others.

This desire to improve the customer experience necessitates their partnership with Chowdeck.

Speaking on this partnership, CEO of Eat’N’Go Africa, Mr. Patrick McMicheal, said, “The need to always be in front of the innovation regarding delivery technology has always been an important aspect of Eat’N’Go’s mission. Customers of Chowdeck can now order from over 40 stores, with more to be onboarded in the following weeks. Cold Stone Creamery, and Pinkberry Yogurt’s restaurant outlets span across various cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Ibadan. Treats can be purchased and delivered without hassle via the Chowdeck mobile application, available on the Web, App Store and the Google Play Store.
