
The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, FESTAC Mega Regional Headquarters, Lagos, has offered scholarships to 18 students, comprising three University students, five secondary school students and 10 primary school students.
The church also donated different food items to over 1, 400 families as palliatives, under its food evangelism programme and provided free medical outreaches to members of the public among other donations.
The Mega Regional Overseer, MFM FESTAC Mega axis, Irabor Enojiasun made this known to journalists ahead of the church Open Air Prophetic praise programme entitled: ‘sacrifice of praise’ in Lagos State.
He said the interventions are part of efforts to bring succour to the downtrodden in the society, adding that the church offered cash gifts and free skill acquisitions to the widow, women and youth at large as well as engage the youths through sporting activities and workshops.
Irabor said the church plans to provide free transportation for participants who will attend the open-air crusade. He further revealed that the prophetic praise is one of the numerous evangelism strategies enumerated by the General Overseer of the church to ensure a better society.
“Over 20,000 participants are expected at the programme and we will provide adequate securities for life and property through well-coordinated crowd control,” he said.
