Reports in various media platforms on Friday, December 1, 2023, stated that FAAN placed a ban on Ghana Must Go bags.

The reports stated that the ban is particularly for passengers travelling through international airports in the country.

Reacting to the reports, FAAN put out a short statement on their X handle that they did not issue any ban.

They explained that the ban was issued by Ethiopian Airlines.

“kindly note that @flyethiopian issued a prohibition of the use of Ghana must go on their flight and not FAAN. Thank you.“
