Crown Flour Mill fetes distributors at gala nights in Lagos, Abuja

Crown Flour Mill, a leading name in the flour milling industry, recently hosted a Customer Forum on December 2 in Abuja, and another one on December 8, 2023 in Lagos.

The forums were aimed at expressing gratitude to customers for their unwavering patronage and support throughout the year.

The Abuja event, which was held at Fraser Suites, was a platform for Crown Flour Mill to recognise and appreciate the loyalty of its Northern based customers. It also gave the company the opportunity to engage with its valued patrons, gather feedback, and strengthen the bond between the brand and its customers.

At the Lagos event which was held at Eko Hotels and Suites, the company not only appreciated its Southern based customers, but also used the event to launch Crown Flour Mill’s latest addition to their portfolio – “Mama’s Pride Pasta”. This addition is to meet their consumers yearning for more exciting and quality choices they have always enjoyed from the company.

Before the events, the firm had presented generous gifts and cash prizes to select customers who have consistently demonstrated loyalty and partnership. This initiative aimed at expressing gratitude for the pivotal role these customers have played in the success and growth of the company.

Speaking at the event, Vice President Commercial, Crown Flour Mill, Mr. Bolaji Anifowose, said: “Business operations in the last three years have been on a roller coaster. We have continued to have both high tides and smooth sails. We thank you that in all these seasons, you have held tightly to our side and have continued to support our brands. This is one of the reasons that have sustained our brands in the leadership position across all our key categories. Our flour, pasta and semolina brands remain a force to reckon with in the bakeries and retail stores across the regions – for this, we are immensely grateful to you all.”

Also speaking about the launch of Mama’s Pride pasta, the latest addition to the range of quality products from Crown Flour Mill, General Manager, Marketing B2C, Mrs Bola Adeniji, said the launch is to create more smart options for Nigerian consumers.
