Thousands of supporters thronged the Benin City Airport on Saturday, March 23, 2024, to welcome Dr. Bright Enabulele, a gubernatorial aspirant representing the Accord Party in Edo State.

The enthusiastic crowd, estimated to number in the hundreds of thousands, displayed placards and chanted slogans in support of Enabulele’s candidacy.

Dr. Enabulele’s arrival at the state capital marks a significant moment in the lead-up to the state’s gubernatorial elections. The massive turnout is indicative of the strong support he enjoys among the Edo electorate.

Addressing his supporters, Dr. Enabulele stated, “I am overwhelmed by your unwavering support and enthusiasm.

The atmosphere was electric as Enabulele outlined his vision for the state, emphasizing key areas such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and job creation. He pledged to prioritise the welfare of the people and ensure inclusive development across all sectors.

“It is time for a government that works for the people, not for personal interests or political gains,” Enabulele declared to roaring applause. “Come September, we must unite to ensure that government changes hands, and together, we will build a brighter future for all.”

Dr. Enabulele’s campaign is, however, expected to gain further momentum in the coming days and weeks, with rallies, town hall meetings, and grassroots engagement planned across the state. His message of change and progress resonates strongly with voters, signaling a hope.
