Beta Glass Plc, a member of the Frigoglass Group, has appointed Denis Simonin to its Board of Directors.

A statement by the firm said “Simonin is a highly experienced international executive with a long track record of significant achievements and expertise in the glass and construction industries.”
Given his unique combination of industry expertise, executive experience across various functional areas, and tenures across Sub-Saharan African countries, Simonin is well-equipped to contribute to the continued success and further growth of Beta Glass.
