The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has launched its online portal for the accreditation of media organizations and journalists covering the upcoming Ondo State governorship election, scheduled for November 16, 2024.

In a statement issued on Monday, Sam Olumekun, National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, said that the accreditation portal is active and will remain open until midnight of Thursday, October 31, 2024.

Media outlets intending to deploy reporters and technical staff for the election are required to submit their applications via the portal at https://imap.inecnigeria.org.
