In a groundbreaking initiative, Nicotawines, Ofadaboy, and the Italian Embassy in Nigeria have joined forces to promote Enotourism (wine tourism) and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
This partnership aims to elevate Nigeria’s wine industry, while showcasing Italian fine wines, and fostering cross-cultural exchange.
From August 6 to 14, 2024, a delegation of 20 top Nigerian wine vendors had embarked on an immersive journey to Italy, exploring renowned wineries: Cantine Fina, Cantine Settecani, Andreola Prosecco Vadobbiadene, Cevico, Caviro, and Cantine Giacomo Montresor. This experiential trip aimed to, enhance cultural understanding and exchange, Showcase Italian wine production and expertise, unlock business opportunities for Nigerian wine professionals, Promote authentic Italian wines in Nigeria.
