The Redeemed Christian Church of God’s (RCCG) Young Adults and Youth Affairs (YAYA) has returned with the 2024 edition of its International Shift Talent Hunt, a premier platform for young individuals to showcase their talents and creativity.

Born out of RCCG’s social re-engineering program, the competition has evolved over the years to reward excellence and provide opportunities for young individuals to shine. This year’s edition will feature talented individuals in music, dance, unusual creativity, and more.

The event is slated for Rccg international youth convention, Ogun State, between September 23rd to October 4th, 2024.

The competition will be judged by experts in various fields. The grand prize winner would be gifted ₦10 million in cash and deals, car, 3-night holiday getaway, promotional deals, endorsements and branding opportunities.

According to it’s organisers, the vision driving the competition is to create a future where dreams find expression, and greatness is birthed. By identifying and nurturing emerging Christian artists, RCCG aims to equip them for successful careers through its pre-shift academy and post-shift plans.
