Firm pledges cost-effective property management solutions


Lagos-based property management firm, Messrs Silverstone has highlighted significant progress made at Eastland Golf Estate and Fairfield Apartments, which demonstrates its innovative and transformative approach to property developments.

The firm spoke during a tour of the New Lagos City Estate that provided insights into completed and ongoing projects. The event also emphasised the importance of residents’ contributions through developmental levies to fund, enhance and maintain the estate’s high standards.

The city has completed infrastructure that includes modern lighting, upgraded security systems with CCTV, enhanced road networks, and internet facilities, which underscores the company’s dedication to creating a high-quality living environment.

The company’s engineer, Pelumi Amusa, said the city sits on about 43 hectares of land in the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos and comprises various developments including East Land Golf Estate, Fairfield Apartments and Garden Terraces, which consist of single beds, two bedrooms and three bedrooms for different family-types.

“We introduced the Garden Terraces for people who want to enjoy their lives without anybody’s disturbance,” Amusa said, stressing that the new development comprises single-family units for those who want luxury and exclusive living.

The estate promises 24 hours of uninterrupted power to be supplied by gas plants from an IPP company, which will be ready by the first quarter of 2025, water treatment plant and potable water.

Also, the Business Manager, Silverstone Managers, Ayo Ayeni, said they provide efficient, cost-effective property management solutions, simplify management for communities, and offer smarter services that enhance value.

“We oversee the infrastructure development in the estate, such as roads, power, waste management, and security, as well as ensure that the estate is well maintained,” she added.
