The recent administrators’ conference organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the South-West region has urged them on better performance to increase productivity.

The training with the theme ‘The Future of Work: Maximising Efficiency Through Digital Tools’, had the keynote speaker, Continent 3 Overseer, Johnson Odesola stated that the programme was hinged on re-equipping administrators for better productivity with the use of digital tools.

According to him, the future of work is being rapidly transformed by digital tools and technologies, offering new ways to enhance productivity and efficiency. He said from automation to Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered decision-making, digital platforms are streamlining tasks, facilitating remote work, and enabling smarter collaboration.

Odesola reiterated that the work in the future would be increasingly defined by the integration of digital tools, which would enhance efficiency and productivity.  He noted that by leveraging automation and other collaborative platforms, organisations could streamline operations, reduce manual tasks and foster innovation.

In his contribution, an Assistant Pastor in charge of RCCG Region 42, Ibadan, Victor Adegorioye said the role of workers in an organisation was crucial.

“Employees turn ideas into actions, like planning and running outreach events. Staff are tasked with the responsibility of coming up with new initiatives, such as community services to increase engagement. Staff with expertise also show flexibility in addressing challenges such as adopting digital tools for online services,” he said.

In his welcome address, Continent 3 Administrator, Seun Adebayo said the conference was a platform for administrators to learn, connect and maximise their performance as administrators within the RCCG family.
