Enugu State Gaming Commission (ESGC) and Rangers International Football Club have announced an extension of the submission deadline for expression of interest in the Rangers Dream Big Raffle Project to December 20, 2024.

This strategic extension, according to them, is in response to growing interest from investors and stakeholders eager to align with the initiative.

The Rangers Dream Big Raffle Project offers private sector partners a unique opportunity to participate in a pioneering venture that combines sports, gaming, and economic development in a structured and regulated environment.

According to the Public Relations Officer, Enugu State Gaming Commission, Nwanneka Ude, the recent Supreme Court ruling affirming state governments’ exclusive authority to regulate gaming activities in Nigeria has created a more predictable and stable investment environment.

Ude said for the first time, investors can engage with the gaming sector free from the jurisdictional uncertainties that previously hindered growth.
