Lagos-based property developer, Cruxstone Development and Investment Limited has begun construction of luxury apartments in Ikoyi, Lagos. The 17-storey residential development known as G2, features 26 exclusive units, which offers an unparalleled living experience. The project boasts a collection of super luxury flats, maisonettes and presidential penthouses; (Apogean Flat (three-bedroom), Grand Maisonettes (five-bedroom), Elysium Lofts (seven-bedroom), and Sky Mansions (six-bedroom penthouse), each designed to provide residents with an epitome of luxury.

Currently, over 100 piles have already been completed and the company is on track to meet the ambitious construction schedule. Among the team are experienced engineers and technicians to ensure precision and efficiency.
