Elegushi visits Richmond Pearl Estate in Lekki

The Elegushi Kusenla III of Ikate Kingdom, Lekki, Lagos State, Oba Alayeluwa Saheed Ademola, has made a surprise stop-over visit to the newly completed Richmond Pearl Estate located in Ikate, Lekki, Lagos State.

A statement by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Haven Homes, the famed lifestyle developer and promoter of the project, Tayo Sonuga, stated that the Kabiyesi was accompanied on the visit by his good friend, Hakeem Bolarinwa and was received by the Haven Homes’ team made up of the CEO, Sonuga; the Managing Director, Ufuoma Ilesanmi and the Technical Director, Babajide Olowu.

The monarch and his entourage were taken around on an inspection tour of the vast estate, including the multi-storey Maisonette blocks and the depth of facilities on the ground.

The statement noted that the Elegushi had always supported the project from its inception and created a conducive and peaceful environment for the developers to thrive in his Ikate Kingdom.

Sonuga, while celebrating the achievement with the monarch, shared his vision with the Kabiyesi that had been translated on the ground, and also acknowledged the grace and mercy of God that led to the success, saying: “At Haven Homes, the future is not just imagined; it’s being built one brick, one vision at a time.,” he said.
