Police deploy operatives to arrest criminals in Kaduna

Kaduna State Police Command has deployed security operatives to strategic locations to curb the activities of criminals.

Police spokesman, DSP Mansir Hassan, on Saturday, said that the police command remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of all residents.

According to him, police strategies were designed to “enhance police visibility, deter criminal activities, and provide rapid response to security challenges,” pointing out that “residents are urged to cooperate with officers at these points and report any suspicious activities immediately.

Hassan advised residents to always be vigilant around their environment, stressing that everyone should “be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious movements or persons to the nearest Police station or any security personnel nearest to you.

“Avoid late-night movements unless when necessary, and refrain from traveling late at night, in isolated areas. Secure Your Homes and Properties: Lock all doors and windows properly before leaving home or going to bed. Install security lights where possible.”

Meanwhile, the police released security phone numbers to the public, saying, “for immediate police assistance, kindly reach out through the following emergency lines +234 807 539 1105 and +234 703 967 5856.”
