Chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Rep. Aliyu Betara, has described the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, as a great leader whose vision to transform the nation’s capital is yielding the desired result.

Betara, who represents Biu/Bayo/Shani and Kwaya Kusar Federal Constituency of Borno State, stated this in a congratulatory message to the FCT Minister, who was conferred with the award as the “Minister of the Year” by THISDAY/Arise TV.
