‘Free my brother, Puff’ – Kanye West urges Trump to pardon Diddy
Controversial rapper and music producer, Kanye West, now officially known as Ye, has publicly urged the U.S. President, Donald Trump, to pardon embattled music singer, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Ye took to his X page on Thursday, February 6, 2025, to appeal to the U.S. President, Trump, to free his colleague and friend, Diddy Combs: “@realDonaldTrump, please free my brother, Puff.”
Diddy is currently facing over 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct, along with federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. Many of the lawsuits were filed by men and women, most of whom were minors at the time of the sexual misconducts.

He was arrested by Homeland Security in September 2024 and remains in a New York jail after multiple denied bail requests.
Diddy has maintained his innocence, pleading not guilty in court. Recently, he was briefly hospitalised in Brooklyn due to a knee injury before being returned to custody. His trial is set to take place late this year, 2025.
Ye, however, has been making the news lately with his wife, Bianca Censori, wearing under wears to ‘nothing’ outfits to appear in public places and events.
