The partnership will see Wemabod Limited, El Salem Nigeria Limited and Trans Fortress Global Resources develop two iconic projects in Lagos: a luxury residential development in Ikoyi and a dynamic commercial hub in Ikeja.

According to the companies, the residential project, located at 18C Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, will set a new standard for upscale living in the city. The development promises to offer residents unparalleled luxury, sophistication, and access to world-class amenities.

Similarly, the joint venture will revitalise Awolowo House, Ikeja, transforming it into a modern and efficient commercial hub. The project will cater to the evolving needs of businesses in Lagos with cutting-edge infrastructure and a focus on sustainability.

Speaking on the significance of the partnership, Chairman, board of directors, Wemabod, Engr. Nureni Adisa, said the joint venture represents a major milestone in Wemabod’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-impact projects that elevate the standard of urban development in Nigeria.

Also speaking at the event, Engr. Kehinde Akinola, who represents Lagos State on the Board and serves as chairman of the Finance and Project Committee, said the projects will create several opportunities and enhance lives.
