The Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF, has decried the State of Emergency declared in Rivers State by President Bola Tinubu following the lingering political crisis in the State.
A statement by the National spokesman of PANDEF, Dr. Obiuwevbi Christopher Ominimini, said, “Pandef is seriously alarmed by the state of emergency declared in Rivers State due to a crisis that is ordinarily avoidable”.
The South-South apex body, said , they are studying the situation and will soon come up with Pandef’s position.
