Chief Sir Henry Ifeanyichukwu Njoku (KSM, MBA, FNIS, FIBE, FISM, FCIA), fondly known as CHR, is a distinguished Nigerian leader whose journey reflects a lifelong pursuit of excellence in education, professional development, and service. Born on February 2, 1962, in Umuovum Owerri, and a native of Ulakwo in Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, Chief Njoku stands as a beacon of commitment, resilience, and visionary leadership.

Early Life and Education
From his early years, Chief Njoku demonstrated a keen intellect and a thirst for knowledge. He began his educational journey at Ulakwo Primary School in Imo State, earning his First School Leaving Certificate in 1975. His quest for further learning saw him return to formal education decades later, where he earned his General Certificate of Education (GCE) in 2000 from Okpala Secondary School, showcasing his enduring determination.
Determined to enhance his academic credentials, Chief Njoku obtained an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2002. This marked the beginning of a steady climb up the academic ladder. In 2003, he earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in the same field from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori.
His pursuit of academic excellence continued with a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Studies from Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 2006, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2007. Never one to rest on his laurels, Chief Njoku further advanced his academic portfolio by earning a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from the University of Port Harcourt Business School in 2024. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the same institution, exemplifying his lifelong dedication to learning and leadership.
