In a bold move that reinforces its commitment to excellence, Capital City Development Limited (CCDL), a wholly indigenous real estate company, has rewarded 20 outstanding realtors with an all-expenses-paid trip to Qatar.
The gesture is part of CCDL’s broader vision of recognizing and celebrating exceptional performance among its Executive Sales Partners, while also expanding their exposure to global markets.
As CCDL continues to explore new markets and deepen its impact across Nigeria’s real estate sector, initiatives like this reinforce the company’s focus on people, performance, and purpose.
The company in a statement believes international travel is a strategic investment in its people, boosting morale, motivation, and ultimately sales performance.
“At CCDL, we don’t just build homes, we build people. We strive to create a community that delivers excellent living experiences while providing ethical, innovative housing solutions for individuals, corporations, and governments. This reward program is our way of saying thank you to those who push our mission forward,” Managing Director of CCDL, Uche Arunsi Kalu said.
Kalu noted that the company had previously sponsored over 57 Executive Sales Partners to Dubai between 2019 and 2022. The Qatar trip continues this tradition, with over 40 qualifiers emerging between 2023 and 2024.
“We believe in recognizing those who have worked tirelessly to grow our brand. This experience is meant to recharge, inspire, and expose our high performers to new cultures and ideas, as we prepare for the next phase of CCDL’s expansion,” he said.
The selected participants, dubbed High Fliers, described the trip as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that would leave a lasting impression.
“This is real. The experience is wonderful, and I feel honoured. I want to challenge my colleagues to increase their sales efforts and aim for the next trip. CCDL has shown us that hard work truly pays off,” one of the beneficiaries, Mabel Okoro said
Peace Ugorji echoed the sentiment, stating that they are grateful to the management, led by our MD, for giving them this amazing opportunity. “It’s a beautiful reward that has encouraged us to aim higher.”
