A Nigerian cleric famous for making prophecies about Nigeria and elections, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, has prophesied that Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Nasir El-Rufai, Bala Mohammed and Seyi Makinde will make things more difficult for Nigerians.
Primate Ayodele revealed this prophecy in a recent interview, where he mentioned that voting for the PDP presidential flagbearer, the Labour Party presidential flagbearer, the Former Kaduna Governor who defected to the Social Democratic Party, the Bauchi State Governor and Oyo State Governor will be disastrous.
“Atiku, Obi, El-Rufai, Bala (Mohammed), Seyi Makinde will make things more difficult for Nigerians, even worse than what Nigerians are going through under Tinubu now,” the cleric said.
“Voting for any of these politicians in the next election will be more disastrous. Nigerians must never contemplate the choice of any of these politicians.
He instructed Nigerians to exercise patience with the Tinubu-led administration and vote for Tinubu in the 2027 elections, noting that Tinubu’s second term will be better than his first term.
Singing the president’s praises, Primate Ayodele has taken Nigeria to where it is now will also bring the nation out of its current situation in his second term.
He further noted that these were revealed to him in a vision.
“I am saying it as it was revealed to me. I don’t have anything to do with Tinubu or his foot soldiers. Some people may view this as a contradiction to my earlier prophecy, but they cannot fault the efficacy and the fulfillment of these prophecies. Everything I foretold has turned out exactly the way I said it.”
The cleric also warned Nigerians to be wary of the ongoing alignments among politicians.
El-Rufai and Atiku Mohammed formed a coalition to unseat Tinubu in the 2027 elections.
In December 2024, the cleric prophesied that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) will be released. However, the IPOB leader is still on trial for terrorism charges.
That year, he also prophesied that Nigerians will continue to experience hardship in the next four years because the Tinubu-led administration has no solution to the hardship.
