The award, presented by Prometric, a global leader in testing and assessment services with a presence in over 180 countries, is reserved for centres that deliver outstanding performance across key areas such as customer service, test security, operational efficiency, and candidate experience.

Dragnet’s Lagos-based test centre stood out in the latest award cycle by achieving a near-perfect 99 %+ execution score, zero audit failures, and no flags during secret shopper assessments or CCTV monitoring. Prometric’s evaluation process includes live monitoring, feedback from test-takers, expert reviews, and rigorous audits to ensure compliance with global best practices.
Out of thousands of test centres in over 150 countries, only a select few receive this award quarterly. In Africa, just nine centres are formal Prometric partners, with only two located in West Africa, making Dragnet’s continued recognition even more significant.
