Daniel Pemida is a name that is quickly becoming a beacon in Africa’s financial, humanitarian, and entrepreneurial landscape. A seasoned Chartered Accountant, Corporate Financial Analyst (CFI Canada), and renowned Business Development Strategist, he is reshaping the future of African businesses while also restoring hope to street children across Nigeria.

As the Principal Consultant at Reginel Consulting Firm, Daniel has led financial transformations for over 800 businesses, helping them structure their operations, establish internal control systems, manage taxes, and implement full financial automation. His work spans hospitality, retail, logistics, nonprofit, and manufacturing sectors.

He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to multiple companies, including Lykluk International, Amana Consortium, Point Code Group, ENYIMBA Group, and Agness Aluminium Factory—businesses that operate borderlessly and serve clients across Nigeria and around the globe.

But Daniel’s passion goes beyond boardrooms and spreadsheets.

In 2016, he founded The Uniters Hub Foundation, a non-governmental organisation committed to the care, education, and rehabilitation of street children, teenage mothers, and vulnerable youth. Under his leadership, the foundation:

• Feeds over 500 street children every week
• Supports 60 children currently enrolled in school
• Shelters teenage mothers and their babies
• Has successfully reunited more than 300 children with their families or foster homes

A proud husband and father of three, Daniel’s home reflects the same vision and warmth he brings to his work. His wife is the founder of DELSA, a rising lifestyle brand based along the Lekki-Epe corridor in Lagos, offering women’s fashion, hair, accessories, and beauty essentials for the modern African woman.
