According to the statement, the collaboration, which features Viathan Engineering Limited, Tsebo Solutions Nigeria, and Arksego Security Nigeria, aims to provide advanced security, uninterrupted power, and world-class estate management systems to residents of the upscale estate.

The firm is expected to deploy modern backup and smart distribution systems to ensure a consistent power supply within the estate.

“Facility operations and general estate management will be handled by Tsebo Solutions, a global leader in integrated facilities management, while Tsebo will be responsible for services such as landscaping, waste disposal, and concierge operations, delivered round-the-clock to maintain the estate’s premium standards.”
