The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has concluded plans for the CAF Coach Educators’ Course beginning Thursday, July 17, and ending on June 25. The nine-day programme will be held at the NFF/FIFA Goal Project in Abuja.
NFF Technical Director Augustine Eguavoen confirmed that 15 candidates have been selected, all of whom meet CAF’s licensing and educational requirements. Participants include former Super Falcons coach Christopher Danjuma, ex-international Oladuni Oyekale, and Italy-based Felix Evodi.
Eguavoen said, “This programme is part of our quest to increase the number of CAF-Licensed Coach Educators across Nigeria. All those selected have met the requirements as stated in our public notice three months ago.”
The course is aimed at equipping participants with both coaching and teaching skills, with a focus on strengthening Nigeria’s technical capacity in football development.
