Vesti, a leading migration infrastructure company, is set to celebrate and elevate African excellence, cross-sector innovation, and visionary leadership as well as build lasting connections across industries and continents at the Prosper Conference 2025.
The inaugural edition of its global flagship event, scheduled for October 23 and 24, 2025, at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, will draw over 1,500 entrepreneurs, investors, creatives, policymakers, and diaspora leaders from across Africa and beyond.
According to Vesti, the conference aims to bring “legacy and momentum together” by honouring Africa’s rich historical contributions while equipping the next generation of leaders and changemakers for global impact.
The Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vesti, Olusola Amusan, explained that the conference is designed to celebrate and recognise pioneers whose contributions have shaped opportunities for others.
He described the event as a bridge between legacy and innovation—an occasion that not only honours the achievements of the past but also sets the stage for building a visionary future.
“Africa has always been a force in culture, business, and intellect. Yet for too long, African excellence has moved without the spotlight or structure it deserves. The Prosper Conference 2025 is a strategic and cultural platform to change that, to elevate Africa’s influence and build lasting connections across industries and continents,” he stated.
Expanding on this, the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer, Vesti, Abimbola Amusan, highlighted the conference as a call to boldness and leadership.
He emphasised that true greatness often emerges when individuals step into uncharted territories, take on leadership roles, and reinvest in their roots.
According to him, Vesti’s mission is to empower migrants and entrepreneurs to view relocation not as a form of escape, but as a deliberate pathway to creating lasting impact.
He added that through the Prosper Conference, Vesti aims to create a dynamic platform that unites innovators, creative professionals, and policymakers under one roof.
“The gathering is intended to embody the aspirations of a resilient continent, celebrating the skill, ambition, and global influence of its people,” he added.
