An academy for training Masters of Ceremony (MCs) and public speakers, TMCC said it had continued to lead the charge in bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, by empowering individuals with soft skills of public speaking, personal branding and persuasive communication.
TMCC founder, Gbemileke Oyinsan, said through practical training, mentoring, and real-world exposure, the academy was shaping a new generation of speakers who could command stages, boardrooms and digital platforms alike.
According to him, with the era of social media, remote work and global collaboration, the ability to communicate is no longer optional but essential, as the demand for effective communication is rising in a fast-paced digital world.
“Whether you are an executive, entrepreneur, creative, or student, your soft skill ability to speak and lead with clarity gives you a competitive edge,” he said.
Oyinsan said this ahead of its upcoming graduation of 16 trained talents from cohorts one and two on August 13, 2025, in Lagos.
He said the event would feature industry legends and expert facilitators who will guide participants through a dynamic masterclass that covers essential topics, ranging from corporate professionals to creatives.
He urged individuals and organisations to sponsor aspiring speakers and talents, also providing them with access to this life-changing platform.
