An automobile repair company, FastMeko, has pledged to end poor automobile repair and set a new standard in Nigeria.
It also promised to bridge the gaps between vehicle owners and reliable automotive service professionals, digitising the traditional mechanic industry, making it faster, more transparent and accessible.
Through its platform, Nigerians can request vetted mechanics on demand, without the fear of delay, poor service or overcharging.
CEO of the firm, King Kayode Oyeotan, said the company would be changing the face of vehicle repairs by prioritising convenience, trust and safety in an industry that lacks these values.
“With real-time location tracking, customer reviews and strict quality control, we are setting a new standard for automotive repairs in Nigeria.
“Our primary target includes private car owners who need urgent or routine vehicle repairs at home, work, or on the road, fleet operators such as logistics companies, transport services and corporate organisations.
“We have about 700 mechanics in our pool, and we are mostly operating in the southwest with the intention to expand to other parts of the country. Our service is highly effective because it removes guesswork from car repairs. Users don’t have to search blindly or rely on unverified roadside mechanics. We ensure prompt response time that could get to anyone within an hour.”
