The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, has said the Federal Government will harness and implement innovative policy solutions developed by Nigerian youths across the country.
Speaking on Wednesday in Abuja at the Youth Policy Conference organised by the Future Pathways Development Initiatives, Oduwole praised the resilience and creativity of young Nigerians, describing their ability to thrive in any environment as “beyond measure.”
“The Policy Innovation Challenge has brought together young minds to proffer valuable solutions for national growth and development. The Federal Government will implement innovative solutions from youths that will improve governance and contribute to national progress,” she said.
Executive Director of the Future Pathways Development Initiatives, Ariola Ado Daniel, said the organisation is committed to driving citizen-focused, forward-thinking policies at the federal and state levels.
He noted that the Policy Innovation Challenge, held as part of the conference themed “Rethinking National Unity: Governance Reforms for Strengthening Social Cohesion in Nigeria,” received over 800 entries from about 25 tertiary institutions, showcasing groundbreaking ideas from undergraduates nationwide.
