President Ahmed Bola Tinubu has described the late Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, father of Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo, as a patriotic community leader.

In a condolence message, Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, noted that President Tinubu extends his heartfelt condolences to Governor Ododo on the passing of his father.

“The President stresses that his thoughts and prayers are with the Ododo family, friends, and the people of Kogi State as they mourn the deceased.

“President Tinubu describes the deceased as a respected community leader whose legacy is evident in the accomplishments of the children he nurtured.

“The President urges Governor Ododo, his family, and the entire Ododo clan to take solace in their patriarch’s life of service to God and the moral and religious values that guided him.

“He prays for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed and God’s comfort for the bereaved family, friends and associates.”
