Nigerian Afrobeat singer and songwriter Abdul Rahman Yusuf Okanlawon, popularly known as Harcher, has premiered the music video for his single Sepe Sepe to global audiences.
The video, directed by Charles Films, was released simultaneously on local and international television stations on Friday, marking another milestone in the career of the Bullion Records artiste. The track, produced by Yeba and mixed and mastered by Aris, is featured on Harcher’s extended play The Great Arrival, which debuted in June.
Since its release, the EP has gained steady traction on streaming platforms, positioning the young performer among Afrobeat’s emerging generation.
The Sepe Sepe video—vibrant in both sound and visuals—has further cemented his reputation as an artiste on the rise.
Clearly buoyed by the reception, Harcher expressed gratitude to fans and confirmed that his debut full-length album will be released on 1 November.
“Sepe Sepe represents my growth as an artiste,” he said. “I promise to deliver more to my supporters in the months ahead.”
Bullion Records hailed the release as another marker of African music’s global ascent, describing Harcher’s progress as “evidence of the unstoppable momentum driving Afrobeat worldwide.”
