The Nigerian Community Association in Bradford has honoured Oluwaseun Dosunmu with the prestigious Community Service Award at its yearly awards ceremony, marking Nigeria’s Independence Anniversary
Dosunmu, the Founder and Well-being Lead at The Care Inn and Centre for Wellbeing, Arts and Culture, was recognised for his exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing community well-being, as well as promoting arts and cultural development across West Yorkshire.
Through his work at The Care Inn, Dosunmu has led a range of innovative initiatives designed to support mental health, nurture creativity, and provide platforms for local talent.
His efforts have positioned him as a driving force in strengthening community cohesion and cultural expression in the region.
In accepting the award, Dosunmu appreciated the Association for finding him worthy of such a prestigious award. His words: “I am delighted to have received this award.
