The Ajadi Rescue Movement (ARM), a civic and humanitarian platform founded by Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has inaugurated its Gombe State Chapter, reaffirming its commitment to grassroots empowerment, youth development, and inclusive governance.
The colourful ceremony, held in Gombe at the weekend, brought together community leaders, youth groups, and political stakeholders. The event featured cultural performances and interfaith prayers symbolising the group’s emphasis on national unity and tolerance.
Speaking at the launch, Northern Coordinator Shuaibu Ibrahim described the initiative as a platform designed to promote social justice and civic responsibility beyond political or ethnic lines.
“We aim to create opportunities for young people and underprivileged citizens to contribute meaningfully to nation-building,” he said.
State Coordinator Abubakar Kalagar Muhammad unveiled the new state executive committee and outlined plans to strengthen the movement’s outreach across Gombe’s local governments.
The Ajadi Rescue Movement has, in recent months, expanded its presence across Nigeria’s geopolitical zones, advancing programmes focused on education, economic empowerment, and community development.
