South Africa’s Minister of Finance, Enoch Godongwana, was involved in an awkward moment in Parliament after a wardrobe slip briefly disrupted proceedings.
The incident occurred while the 68-year-old minister was addressing lawmakers during a session.
In a video that started circulating online on Wednesday, the minister appeared unaware of the issue at first until some members drew his attention to it.
He later adjusted his clothing and continued his speech, smiling through the moment.
The development, however, drew reactions within the chamber, as some lawmakers were heard laughing over the incident.
The clip has since gained traction on social media, with users sharing mixed reactions.
While some described the moment as embarrassing for a senior government official, others said it was an unfortunate incident that could happen to anyone.
