African students are driving the demand for structured study abroad services, with an international education company, EERIV Europe UAB, saying it is working to expand its network of university partnerships and improve its technology platform as it seeks to grow its presence in the global student mobility market.
Founded by Esong Flaubert, EERIV Europe has built its reputation on a paid, end-to-end service model that takes students from initial university selection through to arrival abroad, handling admissions, visa processing, documentation, and beyond.
Unlike free-access platforms, EERIV Europe positions itself as a premium, fully managed service, with Nigeria among its key source markets.
The broader landscape of African education technology is crowded, but fragmented. Platforms such as uLesson focus on digital learning and exam preparation, while AltSchool Africa has gained ground offering alternative skills training for students seeking global opportunities. Moringa School prepares African graduates, particularly in software development and data science for international careers, and Andela has made its name connecting African tech talent directly to global employers.
Each of these players contributes to cross-border mobility in some form, but none occupies quite the same ground as EERIV Europe, whose focus remains squarely on direct university placement with structured support at every stage.
Its digital tools allow students to apply to multiple international institutions through a guided process, track their applications in real time, and receive expert advice on documentation and visa compliance, an area where many students run into difficulty navigating alone.
“Too many students miss opportunities not because they lack potential, but because the process is overwhelming,” Flaubert has said of the thinking behind the company’s model.
The platform also covers travel planning, accommodation support, and insurance, integrating services that students would otherwise have to piece together independently.
Demand for international education across Africa has risen sharply in recent years, with thousands of students pursuing opportunities abroad annually. EERIV Europe’s structured approach, its advocates argue, directly addresses the documentation gaps, misinformation, and visa rejection rates that continue to frustrate prospective students.
The company has said it plans to deepen its partnerships with European institutions and invest further in its technology as it looks to consolidate its position in what remains a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
