His journey began with a strong academic foundation at the University of Ife (now known as the Obafemi Awolowo University), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1984, followed by a Master of Science in 1987. This early commitment to learning led to a stint as an assistant lecturer at his alma mater and professional roles at the Osogbo Steel Rolling Company and Crown Associates. In 1990, Arc. Ifeadi transitioned from technical roles to entrepreneurship by founding Contemporary Design Associates (CDA). Today, CDA is recognised as a “consultancy of choice” for private, corporate, and government clients, offering specialised expertise that bridges the gap between visionary design and practical execution.

Ifeadi with prestigious awards for ‘The Most Iconic Corporate Design’ and ‘The Most Iconic Corporate Building in Nigeria’.
