Payaza Africa Limited has launched ‘Chat & Pay’, a new WhatsApp-based payment feature designed to help businesses streamline collections and eliminate delays in receiving payments.

The tech company noted that the solution was developed to address persistent challenges faced by businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in managing payment collections efficiently.

According to Payaza, the Chat & Pay feature embeds a structured and intelligent payment experience into WhatsApp workflows, without requiring customers or merchants to leave the platform.

“By providing a chat-native environment, merchants can receive payments seamlessly, with transactions completed through an automated flow and confirmed in real time.
