The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume (CON), on Tuesday represented Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the swearing-in ceremony of Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, held at the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds in Kampala.
The event drew the attendance of several African leaders, diplomats, and top government officials who gathered in Uganda’s capital to witness the official inauguration ceremony.
