The founder of Remote Trybe and a leading voice in Africa’s virtual assistance industry, Egharevba Odosa, has been nominated for the 100 Under 40 in Tech award by the Achievers Summit, a recognition honouring young innovators driving impact across the technology and digital economy sector.
The nomination reflects Odosa’s growing influence in shaping how professionals across Africa and beyond approach remote work, virtual assistance, and digital entrepreneurship. Over the past 18 months, she has completed more than 45 client engagements as a virtual assistant, project manager, and customer service specialist, building a reputation for reliability and results across multiple industries.

Through Remote Trybe, her digital academy, she has trained over 2,000 individuals across 10 countries in administrative support and business operations, while cultivating a following of more than 100,000 across her platforms.
