Ibom Air has recorded its five millionth passenger barely seven years after commencing flight operations.

The milestone was reached on Friday on the airline’s 65,787th scheduled commercial flight since inception, according to a statement by its Group Manager, Marketing and Communication, Aniekan Essienette.

The airline said the achievement reflected growing passenger patronage and its expansion since commencing operations.

It said it remained focused on improving connectivity, schedule reliability, on-time departures and customer service across its network.
