Nigerian singer and music producer John Saviours Udomboso, otherwise known as Young Jonn, and Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie reignited their dating rumours on Tuesday evening.

The duo shared a warm hug after Nigeria’s 5-0 win over Comoros at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne. The embrace has revived dating rumours about them.

The Super Falcons thrashed Comoros to complete a 7-0 aggregate win and book their spot in the third round of the 2028 Olympic qualifiers.

Michelle Alozie scored the opening goal while Uchenna Kanu scored the second in Friday’s 2-0 first-leg win.

Young Jonn and Michelle Alozie have met several times publicly. Alozie gifted the music producer an authentic Super Falcons jersey with her name and jersey number in 2023 in Houston, Texas.

Their public appearances continued in 2024 at Young Jonn’s concert. Alozie shared a clip of her car stereo playing Young Jonn’s hit “Sharpaly.”

Michelle Alozie has never hidden his admiration for Young Jonn’s music, and she named him as one of her favorite Nigerian music artists alongside Ayra Starr and Burna Boy.

It is unclear whether the pair are in a romantic relationship, but their public appearances in the last few months suggest they might be dating secretly.

Meanwhile, the Super Falcons will now focus on Morocco in the third round of the 2028 Olympic qualifiers scheduled for February and March 2027.
