The Association of Nigerian Artisans and Technicians (ASNAT), the umbrella body of over 12.5 million artisans, technicians and skilled workers across Nigeria, wishes to congratulate the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the successful and historic official inauguration of its 2027 Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) held today, Wednesday, 14th August, 2026, at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The landmark event, which was personally chaired by the Leader of the party and President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, brought together all APC Governors, National Working Committee members, serving and former lawmakers, and all those who matter most in the Nigerian political arena.

In a statement released by its Head of New Media, Abdulkadir Salihu (IBN), ASNAT specifically congratulates the newly appointed Director-General of the Campaign Council, His Excellency, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, on his well-deserved appointment to lead this noble cause of moving Nigeria forward.

ASNAT describes Senator Yari as a tested and trusted mobilizer, a grassroots politician of uncommon pedigree, and a bridge-builder whose experience as former Governor and Senator will be pivotal to delivering a resounding victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

The Association therefore pledges its unalloyed loyalty and assures Senator Yari of its full support at every level to succeed in this great national assignment. ‘Our structures in all 774 Local Government Areas are fully on ground as foot soldiers to deliver Operation 30:30 for the party’.

ASNAT also uses this auspicious opportunity to express its profound gratitude to Mr. President and to the Director-General, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, for finding our Patron, Rt.Hon. Sanusi Rikiji worthy of appointment as *Director, Directorate of Artisans’ Mobilization. This appointment is a clear testament that President Tinubu’s second term will give Nigerian artisans and technicians a better deal, voice and opportunity in the scheme of things.
