A former Goldman Sachs software engineer, Hephzibah Emereole, is building a United Kingdom-based consulting firm aimed at helping businesses adopt artificial intelligence and equipping professionals with leadership and communication skills.
Emereole, Founder and Managing Director of UnlockYou Consulting Ltd, said the firm was established to help organisations improve business performance through technology, strategic planning and effective communication.
The company operates through two specialist divisions: UnlockYou AI, which supports businesses in adopting artificial intelligence and automation, and UnlockYou Academy, which provides executive communication coaching, leadership development and professional training.
According to the company, its services include business strategy, project management, digital solutions, business development and corporate training.
Emereole said businesses should adopt artificial intelligence based on clearly identified needs rather than technological trends, warning that poorly planned adoption could create more complexity than value.
The firm has also supported international leadership and conference projects, including an engagement with Abuja-based GOTNI Leadership Centre for its inaugural London Leadership Masterclass, alongside its National Leadership Conference 2026.
Meanwhile, UnlockYou Academy’s inaugural Leadership and Communication Mentorship Programme graduated 20 participants from Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom.
The company’s published evaluation recorded an average programme rating of 9.4 out of 10, with all surveyed graduates indicating that they would recommend the programme.
Participants reported improvements in communication confidence, presentation delivery and leadership awareness.
Emereole holds a first-class degree in Computer Science from Ashesi University, Ghana, and has completed executive education in AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in London, supporting technology systems and regulatory operations.
Beyond consulting, she has supported educational programmes reaching more than 400 students at Living Hope High School in Uganda, focusing on education, communication and artificial intelligence literacy. Her educational outreach also extends to schools in Ghana, where she has contributed to initiatives supporting students’ learning, personal development and future opportunities.
UnlockYou Academy is also scheduled to hold a three-day virtual Communication Bootcamp from 29 to 31 October 2026, focusing on storytelling, presentation skills and executive presence for professionals and entrepreneurs.
The company says its long-term ambition is to become a trusted international consulting partner, helping businesses navigate technological change while developing professionals equipped to lead and communicate effectively.
