Abuja real estate firm, Kay-Steph Group, has organised a site tour five months after the groundbreaking ceremony of its project, to enable members of the public and prospective buyers to inspect the development.

The event, held on Friday, October 23, 2026 at Lilycrest Residence, Karsana, provided visitors with an opportunity to observe the progress of construction. Activities included games and other recreational engagements.

Speaking at the event, the General Manager of Kay-Steph Group, Kolawole Emmanuel Omolayo, said the tour was organised to allow visitors to assess the project’s progress, including the construction work and materials used.

He described Lilycrest Residence as a residential development designed to include a children’s playground, clubhouse, padel court and internal roads.
