New mom, Kylie Jenner tweeted her opinion on Snapchat and it had a tremendous negative effect on the stock of Snapchat.

Within a short while, Snapchat’s company, Snap, plummeted to 8.5% and stock closing down by 6% by Thursday night. What this means is that her tweet cost Snap, $1.3 billion. Writing “Still love you tho snap … my first love” in another tweet did not save Snap‘s stock.
