THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has docked a former staff of the University of Benin identified as Kehinde Samuel, for providing false information, in which he alleged that former Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Osayuki Oshodin, embezzled funds.

The accused had on the 10th of October 2014, filed a petition against Oshodin to the EFCC alleging that the former Vice Chancellor mismanaged and misappropriated funds in the University. He pleaded not guilty to the one count charge.
