•Swears In Eight New Commissioners

Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has disclosed that the state received N5.6bn Paris Club Refund recently. Okorocha disclosed this on Friday during the swearing-in of eight new commissioners and promised N5bn was earmarked for payment of pensions, and N9bn for payment of salaries of workers. He said henceforth, payment of salaries would be made in advance through sourcing of funds.October and December salaries, he said, would be paid the same time, while N20bn would be injected into the state economy.
