A GROUP, Coalition Against Terrorism in Nigeria (COATIN), has commended President Muhammadu Buhari on his stance on corruption and strategic approach in tackling terrorism and insurgency.

The national coordinator of the group, Dr. Hyacinth Ebenyi, while praising the current administration at the group’s end of year party in Lagos, said that although the military has relentlessly pursued the insurgents, there’s need to ensure adequate protection for Nigerians both home and abroad.

The founder of the group, Ezekiel Ogbona, who relocated to the United States of America after the Nyanyan blast, said he is happy that the Federal government listened to the yearnings of the people of Southeastern Nigeria by removing Boko Haram prisoners from the region. He enjoined advocates against terrorism to remain resolute in the campaign against terror.
