The new Les Misérables is a six-part adaptation written by Andrew Davies. The trailer for Les Misérables was released by BBC via YouTube.
The British actor of Nigerian descent, David Oyelowo, will feature in Les Misérables as Javert. The new plot would be a non-musical adaptation which focuses on the Valjean and Javert’s relationship.
